HR Administrator for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for HR Administrator to join our office in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

We are looking for an energetic and structured person with some experience in working with data to provide operational support to general HR and Total Rewards processes for different Ciklum locations.

Responsibilities:

• Feed in data on employees starts, exits, transfers in HRIS
• First-line support of HR requests in ticketing system
• Documents administration (drafting, signing, scanning etc.)
• Maintain compensation data in HRMS, ensure timely update and correctness
• Support payroll closing process from HR side: collect & validate data, obtain approvals, ensure timely data transfer to Finance department
• Support HR reporting requests – regular and ad-hoc
• Communicate with employees on their day-to-day queries (payroll, insurance etc.)
• Payments processing for HR services
• Execute other tasks assigned by line manager         

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of related work experience
• Advanced PC user (MS Office with emphasis on Excel, google-docs, HRIS)
• Takes ownership over related work areas
• Attentive to details
• Pro-active
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Fast in troubleshooting and escalation
• Upper-intermediate English
