Who We Are Looking For 

• Fresh graduates or 4-5 year university student who is ready for full-time working day; 

• With Upper-intermediate/Advanced English; 

• Ready to learn, proactive and responsible person.  

What You Will Do 

• Administrative support for the WH team; 

• Welcoming our business guests; 

• Responding to phone calls and e-mails; 

• Helping our team to prepare documentation and its translation if needed; 

• General office maintenance and procurement; 

• Partnership with office goods & service vendors;
