Talent Management Project Coordinator

Currently we are looking for an inspired and dedicated Talent Management Project Coordinator to our Talent Management Office unit. TMO runs all cross-functional Programs within the Talent Management Department and within other Units; drives Analytics, KPI’s, OKR’s; makes sure all policies, procedures, and practices are well established; supports TMD as regards tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Driving cross-functional initiatives
• Coordination of changes and new procedures with stakeholders from other departments
• Continuous improvements of Talent management policies, procedures, processes, reports, and systems
• Assistance with various ad-hoc projects as needed
• Capturing, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all kind of project data

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in internal projects coordination, preferably with IT background
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
• Hands-on experience in MS Office suite is a must 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to communicate decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical staff
• Time and resource management skills
• Ability to stay focused under load with multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented
• Flexibility & reliability
• Problem-solving attitude
