We are working on a project for the Swedish engineering and development center that supports future C-segment cars. Engineers support connectivity service with operations and monitoring as a supplement to the daily business for the client's European market.
Responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd level technical support services on a 24/7 basis
- Securing that the agreed levels of service are met according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Monitoring of Infrastructure and Integrations to other systems
- Incident and escalation reporting
- Maintaining and developing positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Knowledge of GCP tools
- Understanding of standard ITSM processes (log and report incidents/problem)
- At least Intermediate level of English
- Readiness for night shifts
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of Google Cloud Armor, Google Security Command Center, Google IAM, and MQTT & HTTPS
- Experience with open tracing standards, Kiali Service Mesh, and configuration
- General understanding of Kubernetes
- Understanding of tools such as: Grafana, Gitlab
- Experience with Ivanti Incident Management
