In connection with the expansion of our activities and the team, we are looking for HR Specialist to attract, support and develop talents. You will be responsible for hiring the right people to our team, as well as taking part in other HR related activities and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting talents to our team:

- preparing vacancies descriptions, publishing new vacancies on our corporate website, job boards and public platforms,
- actively searching for candidates
- conducting interviews and providing information about the company
- communicating with candidates to provide the best candidate experience
- collecting and providing feedback
- hiring for and conducting internships
- participating in recruiting initiatives such as attending university fairs, career days, networking events, etc.

  • Maintaining and controlling the consistency of employee-related records and HR internal systems, generating reports
  • Taking part in HR processes, such as:

- pre and onboarding
- company benefits package maintaining
- employer brand development
- other HR projects and initiatives

We expect you to have:

  • Completed higher education
  • 1+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment field would be a plus
  • Previous experience in IT company would be a plus
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of verbal and writing skills in English is a must
  • Skilled PC user, experience with MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, and organizational skills
  • Readiness to take responsibility for own tasks completion and proper escalation in case of unexpected circumstances
  • Proactivity and attention to details
  • Self-driven, flexible, ethical and good team-player
