We are looking for a Business Development Manager to secure business opportunities by fostering partnerships with broadcasters and talent agencies. Our team is developing a new streaming platform that will unite millions of people from different countries and allow them to share their own unique content, expand their fan network, attract new followers and monetize their talent.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in Support / Business development / Partnerships / Customer success / Partner Success position
- Knowledge of data analytics, product and business metrics to measure project success
- Practical experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Amplitude, Tableau, GA, etc)
- Knowledge of app usage and UI/UX patterns depending on the platform
- Strong leadership and management skills, systematic thinking, business orientation
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
Will be a plus if it is also about you:
- Experience with social networking niche
- Experience in fast-paced environments like startups
- Experience in leading the team of 5+ people
- Data-driven mentality
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese language
You will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners
- Acquiring new partners
- Negotiating with partners about the terms and conditions, rates, etc
- Setting KPI to manage partners’ efficiency and content quality growth
- Developing workflows for training partners and improving the quality of partners’ content
- Partners’ content moderation process
- Recruiting, sourcing, and marketing partners
- Keeping management informed of the status of results, progress, KPI, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving management at key times
