Middle System Administrator

Requirements:

• Good understanding of TCP/IP stack;

• Good hardware knowledge;

• Good in Linux/Windows OS administration and configuration (Windows 10, MacOS, Server 2008, Centos, Ubuntu);

• Understanding of networking topologies, Internet services;

• Knowledge of network protocols: DHCP, PPTP VPN, L2TP, SSL, RADIUS, IPSec, IPIP, GRE, VLAN;

• Experience in network equipment configuration (Mikrotik, D-link, Extreme, Edge);

• Monitoring Experience ( Zabbix);

• Virtualization ( VMWare, Proxmox,Docker);

• Experience with MySQL and MS SQL Server DBs;

• Strong communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills;

• At least an Intermediate level of English.

It will be a plus:

• Experience with scripting languages: bash, python, etc.

• AWS, GIT, Ansible.

• Helpdesk or IT Services experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring and incident management;

• Support and maintenance of the existing hardware infrastructure;

• Support company employees in solving their technical issues;

• OS software installation and configuration;

• Creation of user documentation, FAQs, manuals;

• Configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment;

• Inventory management;
