Requirements:
Good understanding of TCP/IP stack;
Good hardware knowledge;
Good in Linux/Windows OS administration and configuration (Windows 10, MacOS, Server 2008, Centos, Ubuntu);
Understanding of networking topologies, Internet services;
Knowledge of network protocols: DHCP, PPTP VPN, L2TP, SSL, RADIUS, IPSec, IPIP, GRE, VLAN;
Experience in network equipment configuration (Mikrotik, D-link, Extreme, Edge);
Monitoring Experience ( Zabbix);
Virtualization ( VMWare, Proxmox,Docker);
Experience with MySQL and MS SQL Server DBs;
Strong communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills;
At least an Intermediate level of English.
It will be a plus:
Experience with scripting languages: bash, python, etc.
AWS, GIT, Ansible.
Helpdesk or IT Services experience.
Main responsibilities:
Monitoring and incident management;
Support and maintenance of the existing hardware infrastructure;
Support company employees in solving their technical issues;
OS software installation and configuration;
Creation of user documentation, FAQs, manuals;
Configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment;
Inventory management;
