Project Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating processes carried out by the development team and maintaining daily communication with the clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in ІТ Project Management.
• Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken).
• Good understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze and solve project-related problems.
• Awareness of the tools and metrics for evaluating development performance.
• Good time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting project requirements, evaluating the scope, building realistic estimates;
• Maintaining daily communication, understanding client expectations, and ensuring their fulfillment;
• Managing the project through every stage;
• Risk management on the projects, including dealing with the changed requests and prioritizing.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Direct communication with clients (emails, voice calls, status updates, etc.).
• Tracking project statuses (documentation, reporting, performance monitoring).
• Managing team workload and ensuring on-time delivery of bug-free solutions.
