We welcome a System Administrator to join our IT Service Center department. We have a great professional team and we are pleased to invite a specialist with solid experience and friendly personality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience of Windows Server, which includes Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, LDAP
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience of networks – L2/L3 layers, routing, TCP/IP services (DHCP, DNS, SMTP, etc.)
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience of Microsoft 365 administration, which includes Azure AD, Conditional Access, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Security & Compliance
- Experience planning and implementing large migrations to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, including on-premises to the cloud as well as tenant to tenant
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as ADFS, SSO, and Modern Authentication
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Hands-on experience using PowerShell cmdlets and writing scripts to automate common tasks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience or familiarity with Azure DevOps (hosted and on-premises)
- Hold of 1 or more Microsoft Associate level certificates
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS preferred)
- Hold of 1 or more Amazon Associate level certificates
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install software to servers
- Configure operating systems and services on servers
- Server software support
- Respond to user queries related to network or software operation
- Organize access to local and global applications, services, networks, and telephony
- Troubleshooting, problem determination and problem resolution
- Identification and development of automation to improve processes, workflow, or system availability
- Help development teams with Azure DevOps projects (work items and pipelines customization, solving any kind of related issues)
- Interface with Support teams, at all levels, and vendors to resolve problems, issues, request and to complete knowledge transfers as required
- Implement and manage Office 365 licenses, usage, and governance
- Create and maintain diagrams, knowledge articles, and other technical documentation detailing system configurations, procedures, and standards
- Enable, administer, support, and monitor Microsoft products and services including Office 365, SharePoint Online, and on-premises, Exchange Online and on-premises, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft technologies
- Implement and manage Office 365 tenant security, including retention policies, access reviews
- Lead and manage migrations efforts including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business Online
