Middle/Senior IT Recruiter

Since 2003, we have been transforming Fintech industry and leveraging performance among our global client base of leading banks, central banks, supranational and asset managers in the US, EMEA and Asia, including 4 out of 5 largest derivatives dealers.

Right now, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Kyiv. 

Responsibilities:
- contacting with candidates for IT positions in Ukraine (sometimes, Poland);
- proactively searching the most valuable candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub and social media;
- creating and publishing vacancies;
- updating candidates’ data in the internal system;
- handling marketing campaigns;
- constant improvement of our processes and exploring new ways of
attracting candidates.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter;
- good communication skills in English;
- experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools and techniques;
- sound knowledge of the technology market specifics.
