Currently, for our offices based in Odesa and Kharkiv, we are looking for a professional who would join us and become part of our team on the position of Technical Project Manager.

As a PM in our company will have an exciting, challenging, and varied workday, working across industries and with a large area of contact in different organizations.

You are a great fit for our vacancy if you have:

• theoretical background as a design engineer, process engineer, mechanical engineer;

• have a more commercial education with a focus on Project Management

• experience with projects where machine construction has been a key element;

• have experience as a project manager and have proven that you can drive projects forward;

• have good understanding of the modern engineering tools from the APQP process like FMEA, PPAP, etc.;

• are capable of leading design reviews and meetings

• Experience with Lean, Quality management and problem-solving techniques (RCA,8D, etc.) will be considered as an advantage;

• Very good communication skills in English — written and verbal.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• You will experience a great deal of independence as you will be responsible for planning, stakeholder management, project execution and facilitation of FMEA meetings.
• You will also be responsible for the project's finances, resources, and schedule in close dialogue with our customers.

The Technical Project Manager tasks range widely, but a common feature is that they require commitment, technical insight, business understanding, the ability to lead and motivate people, and the willingness to carry out the task according to the agreed with the customer.

• To ensure the progress of a project, it is important that you can be effective and skilled in stakeholder management and follow-up on deliverables f.еx. design and documentation updates, FMEAs, DRA,s etc. You are ambitious, dedicated, and you are constantly seeking to improve yourself, also self-driven and autonomous person, who is effective under pressure and preside great problem-solving attitude.
• You have ability to systematize complex information and organize excellent presentation. In addition, you enjoy a workday with challenging tasks, occasionally forcing you to move out of your comfort zone. You are respected by the project participants due to your broad professional insight and your ability to lead a constructive and challenging dialogue.

As a Technical Project Manager you will work closely with the customers' organizations daily, and it is, therefore, crucial that it is natural for you to act in a changing environment with diverse corporate cultures and industries. As you will lead projects with people at different levels, it is important that you are outgoing, empathetic, and have strong collaboration and communication skills in English.
