Project Coordinator (fluent German)

 BDO Centers LLC & Kyiv Consulting is regarded as BDO's #1 in-house consulting team and thought leader, a Subsidiary of BDO Germany,  is looking for a Project Coordinator with very good level of German. 

The core aim of the position is to ensure proper Projects coordination between the Project Team and our German Customers.

Your skills:

- Academic German (living/studies in Germany desirable)

- Keen on Project Management cycle (making scope, deliverable tracking, change management coordination)

- Good with negotiations (business style in mailing, tolerance, culture, patience ) 

- Team player with very good coordination skills 

- Background in graphics or working in a relevant area 

- Super Deutsch)

Your tasks:

- To support the Team of our Graphic Designers with the projects' coordination

- Deadlines and deliverables quality check 

- To handle communications with the German Customers 

- To enforce negotiations, representing our interests 

- Sustaining support of a prosperous relationship with the Customers 

- Entering business development activities
