We are looking for  Recruiting Researcher, a persistent and result-oriented person who is passionate about recruiting.

Requirements:

• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and recruiting channels
• Understanding of general recruitment process
• At least a basic understanding of programming languages/technologies
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and develop
• English - Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for a current pipeline/future hiring need in every possible way and develop talent pipelines 
• Interact with potential candidates on social media, messengers and professional networks
• Provide information about the company
• Work closely with recruiting team to determine hiring needs and priorities 
• Maintain candidates database 
• Manage career page
