Green Group — is a global holding which operates a number of full-cycle businesses in production, retail and e-commerce in north and south America.

For newly opened ecommerce operations in Ukraine we are looking for Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in finance/accounting
• 2+ years' experience as CFO, Finance BP, Finance controller or Finance analyst, preferably in an ecommerce.
• Advanced technical background (MS Excel and Power BI) as advantage;
• Thorough understanding of financial principles
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Analytical skills and deep understanding of relevant Research tools
• High level of problem-solving ability.
• Upper-intermediate English is a must.

Your key tasks:

• Design and implement processes in business-related operations including but not limited to budgeting/procurement, HR, import\export operations, warehouse management. Create action plans to improve business profitability. Develop modelling tools to support business decisions (GtN, profit);
• Build operational dashboards/reporting systems for parent company to ensure performance-based evaluation of administrative and operations departments and setting of respective target metrics. Provide the cross-functional team with relevant financial information (P&L, ABC analysis, variance analysis, warehouse reports, etc). Be able to interpret reports and explain the key drivers behind numbers.
• Work closely with C-level executives from parent company on expansion and scaling activities including both, exploring internal growth drivers and reviewing external investment opportunities for Ukraine operations. Assess impacts of external events on business performance to maintain the business competitiveness in Ukrainian market;
