Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the category and brand strategies development 
  • Develop & adapt brand marketing plans based on category / brand strategy and priorities, reflecting market specifics
  • Сreate & execute brand activation plan contributing to annual objectives delivery
  • Lead adaptation and launch of brand communication and consumer activation campaigns. Control execution, evaluate effectiveness and ROI. Act as a liaison for market commercial team, local agency partners
  • Ensure new products launches and brand initiatives (eg. CR, QI, packaging, decomplexity, samples, designs) etc. successful and timely realization, lead country specific projects
  • In cooperation with CP&A implement \ supervise commercial strategy, incl. promo plans, in-store strategy, in-store visibility programs, merchandising standards, MSL
  • Responsible for marketing budget management under supervision of Marketing Manager
  • Run tracking and reporting: NPD analysis, P&L analysis, SOM analysis, competitive analysis, pricing analysis etc.
  • Lead category communication for in-market teams to ensure engagement.
  • Contributes to the process of monthly volume forecast

You bring:

  • University degree in marketing/business/economics
  • 2+ years of experience multinational FMCGs in Marketing
  • English – B2 or higher is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, project management & planning skills
  • Pro-activeness and ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines
  • Business acumen, organizational agility
  • In-depth understanding of consumer needs
  • PC literate (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen)
