Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will constantly fill the sales pipeline with amazing leads, convert them into opportunities, and help account executives close the deals.

Please note that we are looking for candidates with experience in the IT industry, and we will contact only the ones that meet our requirements.

You will be responsible for:

• Searching, qualifying, and ranking leads through outbound sales channels;
• Qualifying and processing inbound leads;
• Cold outreach via email and LinkedIn;
• Research and evaluate new sales channels and sources;
• Work closely with Management, Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to drive company services and products and business strategy.

Required qualities and experience:

• 2 + years of lead generation experience in outsourcing, outstaffing, or product companies
• At least Upper-intermediate English level, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and procedures;
• Experience in email and LinkedIn and other types of outbound sales;
• Experience with sales automation and CRM tools;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
