Project Manager

Looking for PM in Kharkiv or relocation to Kharkiv.

Requirements:

· 1,5 - 3 years of experience in software project management

· Experience leading a project team

· General technical background

· Knowledge and experience in managing a project in an Agile environment

· Upper-intermediate/Advanced English (practical experience of written and oral communication with an English-speaking client)

· General knowledge of business analyses

· Strong organizational skills

· People management skills

· Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

· Manage the software development process

· Prioritize project tasks with a client and their distribution among team members

· Monitor project progress and provide status updates on the project progress to all stakeholders

· Perform change and risk management to minimize project risks

· Manage project resources and their allocation

· Work with the team: motivate, maintain morale, and resolve conflicts

· Participate in interviewing candidates (developers, QA)

· Participate in estimations and pre-sale activities

· Review and check team time reports ensuring they are maintained according to company guidelines

· Manage project requirements with a client
