IT Human Resources manager

Our company is currently looking for a creative and experienced Human Resources manager for the remote position.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT Human Resources management;

• Good understanding of software development process and IT terms;

• Good understanding of HR processes and procedures with the ability to understand business issues and strategies company;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• Efficient multitasking, strong interpersonal  skills, ability to balance priorities and possibilities to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment;

• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Main responsibilities:

• Implementation, maintenance, development and improvement of all HR processes;

• Organization and provision of the process of hiring new employees of the company (full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing till the job offer);

• Providing ensure qualitative onboarding and adaptation of the new employees;

• Providing running regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members;

• Supporting retention and exit process of employees;

• Supporting internal and external HR brand;

• Supporting of the corporate culture;

• Organization and coordination corporate company events and other activities.
