We expect from you:

  • Relevant experience min 3 years;
  • Solid knowledge of bar and restaurand operations;
  • Knowledge of beverage operations and wines;
  • Understanding of P&L report and F&B costs;
  • Expirience in menu engineering;
  • Creative thinking/ passion to work/ style/ attention to details;
  • Good people skills/ understanding management functions;
  • Fluent English is "must have"

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure that outlest operate efficiently;
  • Manage financial results of the outlets;
  • Manage and monitor produkt quality and guests' satisfaction;
  • Assist F&B Superoir with any related matter;
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team;
  • Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility;
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Work within budgeted guidelines;
  • Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures;
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes;
  • Incentive team members to maximize sales and revenue;
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
