For international company with office in Lviv we are searching for qualified candidates.
POSITION’S KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Responsibilities:
- Resolves SAP requests and incidents reported by users;
- Finds solutions for complex, atypical incidents;
- Collaborates with other IT support teams to resolve client requests;
- Analyzes the needs of incoming requests and handles the creation of functional specifications to be sent to developers;
- Creates document (Estimate) with hours/costs spent on each request for CP / DEV SAP FI / CO;
- Handles project management of open and assigned requests;
- Creates and updates work procedures;
- Actively participates in the continuous improvement of SAP processes helping to streamline activities;
- Provides IT support on operational workflow and testing/implementation solutions;
- Travels to other sites to provide SAP support to users, build and strengthen inter-departmental relationships;
- Ensures the quality of IT service provided as per KPIs;
- Monitors the client platform to resolve all requests according to SLA;
- Plans, organizes and monitors the activities in each project, reports status of ongoing projects and on-time delivery;
- Provides prompt IT support to users with a positive attitude and professionalism;
- Communicates in a positive, professional and efficient manner to resolve users’ requests
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Compliance with Company’s Internal policies, regulations and working procedures:
- Employee will rigorously follow company’s Internal policies and working procedures, as regularly communicated and/or available on company’s intranet/website and OBSYS’ application.
- Employee will comply with company’s Internal regulation and Individual Employment Contract.
University degree/Foreign languages/Technical expertise:
- Education level: higher education, in IT.
- Foreign languages: English – minimum B2 level, French – minimum A2 level is an advantage.
- Technical skills: Solid knowledge of SAP, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, fundamental knowledge of project management.
- Software used: Suivi Etudes.
- Compliance with SLA (service-level agreement).
Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in IT (SAP area of expertise) and team management.
