Junior Consultant - Operational Risks

Deloitte is seeking a Junior Consultant to join the Internal Audit Team of Risk Advisory Department at the Kyiv office.

Deloitte's Risk Advisory Department is a leading provider of internal control, internal audit and risk management in the CIS, with over 300 dedicated professionals across 14 offices, serving clients in the CIS and abroad.

As part of this team, you will work with high-profile clients, including owner-managed businesses, multinationals and public companies in a variety of industry sectors. You will have the opportunity and support to take on responsibility early on, making a real contribution from day one.

The role will involve:

• Delivering internal audit engagements to local and international clients
• Identifying enterprise risks, analyzing business processes, testing internal controls
• Drafting reports under supervision of experienced colleagues
• Development in internationally recognized role of internal auditor as a Trusted Advisor

Requirements:

• Higher Degree with Economical/Financial/Legal background (in process)
• Strong skills in math, analysis, logic, abstract thinking
• Laconic speech, precise writing
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate, above is better)
• Aspiration for researching, creation, improvement and development

Every of following is desired:

• Advanced communicative, interpersonal and presentational skills
• Knowledge of Oil&Gas, Pharma, Agro, FMCG, Telecom, and Manufacturing industries
• Experience, related to scientific or statistic researches, reviews or investigations
• Knowledge of additional languages
