Researcher, Junior IT Recruiter
REQUIREMENTS
- English B2 or higher (both spoken and written);
- Completed higher education;
- Understanding of Software development life cycle;
- Basic understanding of the software outsourcing market;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Previous experience building partnerships between companies in the IT industry will be a plus.
- We will eagerly teach you all the necessary :)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct searches of Software development companies for subcontract cooperation and manage the following steps;
- Conduct searches of potential candidates for open positions based on requirements;
- Holding IT market investigations with a combined use of external and internal sourcing, passive and active search;
- Filling corporate internal CRM list with partners.
- Cooperation with the HR and sales teams.
