REQUIREMENTS

• English B2 or higher (both spoken and written);
• Completed higher education;
• Understanding of Software development life cycle;
• Basic understanding of the software outsourcing market;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Previous experience building partnerships between companies in the IT industry will be a plus.
• We will eagerly teach you all the necessary :)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct searches of Software development companies for subcontract cooperation and manage the following steps;
• Conduct searches of potential candidates for open positions based on requirements;
• Holding IT market investigations with a combined use of external and internal sourcing, passive and active search;
• Filling corporate internal CRM list with partners.
• Cooperation with the HR and sales teams.
