RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper IM enrollment and IM candidates’ consideration:
- Make all the necessary checks on the initial stage of the IM process to avoid any gaps on further stages
- Cooperate closely with Staffing/ Hiring side (IM candidates’ submission, assistance with interview arrangements, feedback gathering, progress tracking)
- Cooperate closely with Global Mobility Team (visa eligibility check, updates on visa process, relocation request creation
- Ensure the process is smooth for IM candidate, as well as giving and receiving sides from enrollment until the start date in new location
Keep all IM stakeholders informed and updated on the process:
- Ensure that IM candidate has full information about overall IM process and exact steps
- Provide consultation to employees/managers on how IM works
- Facilitate communication and agreements between all stakeholders throughout IM process, help to solve conflicts
- Work proactively with data from Travel & Relocation section
- Keep IM records in up-to-date status
- Provide feedback on process design and service level
- Initiate process improvements, contribute to IM program development
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work with big amount of information flows and set priorities
- Problem-solving mindset and “can do” attitude
- Previous experience in staffing/ recruitment/ researching is an advantage
- B2+ English level (spoken and written)
