For our client, international retailer, one of the top employers, we are looking for Brand Engagement Manager.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Key focus areas: Brand Engagement Manager is responsible for Brand campaigns, Digital engagement & Content strategy, Owned & Paid media, Branded apparel. As a Brand Engagement Manager, you will be key owner of company’s brand content.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading development of integrated marketing campaigns, briefing agencies and leading the process from the brief to production and later on post analysis (all paid, owned and earned media)
- Working closely with agencies (creative, media and SMM agencies) and ensuring in-time collaborative high creative quality execution
- Deep dive into SMM: serving as the social voice for our brand(s), responsible for developing organic campaigns daily that really add value across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Owning communication calendar for the brand
- Managing marketing budget spend and ROI
Key Requirements
We are looking for a strong and insatiable marketeer, ideally with strong understanding of social media and opinion leaders\bloggers world.

- Have experience in managing full-scale marketing campaign (not only Social media campaigns)
- Passionate about creating engaging content
- Have experience of creating new products, launching new services
- Love to simplify complicated things
- Consumer insights driven
- Have strong project management skills with an eye for details
- Speak fluent Ukrainian, good written and spoken English
