Technical Support Engineer with Windows competence (Telecom)

Support is needed for a Swedish multinational networking and telecommunications company that sells infrastructure, software, and services in the information and communications technology for telecommunications service providers and enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Support with daily questions/queries
• Troubleshoot issues and provide either resolution or escalate properly
• Take a part in feature development

Requirements:

• Windows Scripting knowledge - PowerShell
• General knowledge of Azure
• Understanding of Windows in general:
• At least Intermediate level of English
• Troubleshooting mindset
• LDAP/AD - NTH: Group policies
• How windows and applications work, how to debug problems
• General Windows administration
• Anti-virus handling

Would be a plus:

• RDS/Hyper V
