Which project?

A danish FinTech company founded in 2020 by two experienced entrepreneurs. Virtual e-commerce accelerator №1 in the world. The product helps eCommerce businesses grow and provides the funding. The product provides capital that the eCommerce payback depending on their revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship between the team members and product owner;

• Facilitate team meetings and team buildings;

• Coach the Development Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality;

• Help project to bring the highest value to the customer;

• Build strong team relationships;

• Create a report for the management and the customer;

• Work on self-development plans together with the team members.

Skills and background:

• Previous minimum one year of experience of managing a development team, as a SCRUM Master or a Project Manager;

• Minimum 2 years in IT;

• English level: intermediate and higher;

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and applicable tools and techniques uses;

• Confident Jira User;

• Strong Facilitator;

• Great communication skills;

• Ability to efficiently, promptly, and easily multitask;

• The superpower of identifying shortcomings of the workflow and finding ways to solve them;

• Excellent team player with negotiation and conflict management skills;

• Readiness for learning and growing.
