We’re a full-cycle IT recruitment and R&D Agency in Eastern Europe, a local partner for our global clients for helping with all operations, including hiring, HR, legal, and accounting to help founders focus on their business growth.
Now we are looking for a bright person who will add excellence to the service we provide to our customers. What We Look For:
- Solution-oriented mindset with experience in a B2B customer or client-facing environment (1+ year);
- Naturally good communicator, positive team player with high emotional intelligence and great interpersonal skills;
- Upper-intermediate English.
Will Be a Big Plus:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between a client and the team of recruiters;
- Manage multiple accounts at a time with strict attention to detail;
- Ensure following the best recruiting strategy on every project;
- Make decisions focusing on ROI and customer.
Standout Candidates Will Bring:
- Best practices that naturally developed through their hands-on experience as B2B or B2C account manager / coordinator;
- A degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field would be an advantage;
- Ability to apply Kanban/Scrum approaches to a non-technical environment.
