We’re a full-cycle IT recruitment and R&D Agency in Eastern Europe, a local partner for our global clients for helping with all operations, including hiring, HR, legal, and accounting to help founders focus on their business growth.

What We Look For:

• Solution-oriented mindset with experience in a B2B customer or client-facing environment (1+ year);
• Naturally good communicator, positive team player with high emotional intelligence and great interpersonal skills;
• Upper-intermediate English.

Will Be a Big Plus:

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between a client and the team of recruiters;
• Manage multiple accounts at a time with strict attention to detail;
• Ensure following the best recruiting strategy on every project;
• Make decisions focusing on ROI and customer.

• Best practices that naturally developed through their hands-on experience as B2B or B2C account manager / coordinator;
• A degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field would be an advantage;
• Ability to apply Kanban/Scrum approaches to a non-technical environment.
