Системный администратор (Application Server administrator)

BANK 'PIVDENNY' is a universal Ukrainian bank with the 27th history and the one with the best financial institutions of the country with the Ukrainian capital.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years in System/DevOps administration;
• Good knowledge of Linux administration;
• Good knowledge of basic network protocols and services;
• Scripting experience;
• Experience administration application servers (WebLogic/WebSphere/Tomcat/Jboss/WildFly,);
• Experience work with hardware virtualization (VMWare) and containers (Docker);
• Experience with Ansible (“infrastructure as code”);
• Experience using Git;
• Strong communication and team working skills;
• University Degree in Computer science or equivalent.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Knowledge of Python;
• Understanding of J2EE and microservice architectures/patterns;
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes);
• Familiarity with Java;
• Experience administration banking platform jetb2/IFOBS (CS Ltd).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prototype and improve project architecture/infrastructure;
• Maintain and improve process automation;
• Implement best practices in system availability and scalability;
• Maintain and improve monitoring/logging/alerting systems;
• Support regular cadence of security updates and hotfixes;
• Perform root cause analysis for technical issues;
• Write technical documentation.
