Requirements:
Good understanding of TCP/IP stack.
At least 1 year of expirience.
The general concept of how Lan / WiFi networks work
Understanding of VPN, access management.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware (laptop, PCs) and software.
Experience in Setup/install/configure Linux/Windows workstations.
Good soft skills.
Experience in providing assistance to users.
At least an Intermediate level of English.
It will be a plus:
Knowledge of computer diagnostics, installation, and troubleshooting;
Understanding of virtualization technologies;
Helpdesk or IT Services experience.
Main responsibilities:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring and incidental support issues for end-users.
IT troubleshooting: obtain an issue, analyze it, try to solve using a knowledge base or collect a maximum of information for delegation to the higher level of support.
Installation, configuration, and supporting Windows/Linux Desktop Computers;
Installation of additional software.
Creation of user documentation, FAQs, manuals.
Computer and other equipment (projector, printer, scanner, fax, phone device, etc) set up and configure.
Inventory management.
