YOUR ROLE:

• Strong analytical skills, experienced Excel and PowerPoint user
• Strong organizational skills
• Good team player, sociable
• Good English is an advantage
• Previous working experience in Sales/Administration is an advantage

YOUR SKILLS:

• Assistance to the Head of Field Sales Management and Distributors in developing and executing strategy of sales department on the Ukrainian market
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled analytical and accounting reports
• Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Taking minutes for meeting
• Booking travel arrangements for Sales Dept (flight booking, accommodations, visas etc.)
• Formatting documents, designing templates, presentations etc. in support of sales team
• Performing any other related duties assigned by the supervisor
