The Design Team of our customers looks at the way they communicate technical information to their end-users and their clients as an end-to-end journey. This journey begins with the end-user needs, continues through the discovery and purchasing process to learning their end-user and clients' products, and ends with just enough content to guide end-users or solve their problems.

YOU ARE

• Possessing a knack for creatively engaging with audiences
• Experienced working on cross-product documentation
• Familiar with improving or building information architectures and content strategies
• Showing background working on developer or service desk documentation
• Able to deeply understand the technical aspects of a product and translate that to a general audience
• An excellent communicator

This isn't a traditional technical writing role. As a member of the Design team, you'll be empowered to experiment with a variety of approaches to presenting and managing information.

You're ready to be responsible for the information experience for their customer journey and contribute to projects that benefit the larger documentation community.

• Writing in-app copy
• Multi-disciplinary teams including designers, developers, product managers, analysts, marketing, and customer support teams
• Managing documentation projects in Agile, fast-paced environment
• Creating content and presenting it in a customer-friendly way
