ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

 We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be a business partner to Operations function and will define how technology can help achieve our objectives

               Reports to: IDT Manager

               Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

 WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Maintain the run of a Factory IDT estate that supports operations, supply chain and administrative processes, that includes factory network and backend infrastructure, GMES, OneSAP, FSS / Track & Trace, quality system and other; manage suppliers to deliver the services to the agreed SLAs
• Define how technology can help achieve business objectives, identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business 
• Collaborate with architecture and IT security to ensure IDT solutions compliance to the internal standards
• Provide input to and/or assist in 
• ensuring compliance with agreed best practices
• preparing account plans, budget proposals, resourcing plans and project plans
• Identifying and raising issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans 
• Overseeing implementation of solutions – checking against the initial requirements

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE? 

Do you speak English fluently? 

Do you have experience working with GMES, OneSAP, FSS / Track & Trace?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• 3-5 years business-facing IT experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain (global environment), preferably with a degree in an IT-related discipline
• Extensive practical experience in the field of business models, business requirements, business analysis and deep knowledge related to IDT solutions applicable to Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions
• Experience running IDT Services
• Time to 100% productivity: 4-6 months
• Fluent English
