YOU ARE

• Having 3+ years of experience in IT or global company in L&D or HR direction
• The owner of Bachelor’s degree in organization management or all related areas
• Possessing professional certification/completion of special education around L&D
• Demonstrating English Upper Intermediate+ level
• Experienced in the learning solutions design in a variety of formats
• Confident in full-scale consulting and assisting stakeholders with decision-making process
• Strong in presentation mastery and assertive persuasive communication style
• Expert in implementation of complex projects in response to business challenges
• A confident facilitator
• Demonstrating analytical, agile and creative approach to problem-solving
• Aware of industry thought leaders and trusted resources to constantly develop professional maturity

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Identifying knowledge and skill gaps through in-depth exploration, including consultations with the requestor
• Conducting data research via available company tools and systems to confirm learning needs
• Analyzing learners and contexts, existing portfolio, and external providers analysis
• Applying tested learning design theories, models, practices, and methods
• Developing long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders, partners, and teams. Considered by them as a business partner, influence decision making, providing recommendations and a course of action in order to deliver the most effective learning framework to meet the need
• Setting clear and reasonable project timeline, resources, and scope estimates
• Stating learning objectives and supporting content development matching them
• Developing hands-on activities that enhance the learning process
• Creating of supporting materials and media (audio, video, scripts, games, etc.) in cooperation with respective stakeholders
• Decision-making on the criteria used to develop assessment instruments
• Maintaining project(s) documentation and course folders
• Executing pilot pre-run, evaluation learning solution effectiveness in a long-term perspective
• Presenting final product vision in an accessible and fully engaging manner
• Partnering with contributors who will be delivering solutions to ensure full briefing on requirements and what preparation is required to successfully deliver
• Applying SoftServe University policies and procedures
• Maintaining a comprehensive learning ecosystem in the given direction
• Focusing activities and decisions on opportunities that produce significant, strategic business impact
• Establishing a learning culture
• Communicating the value of lifelong learning and professional development
