Content writer/QA

WizardsDev is part of an international FinTech holding, headquartered in Tel Aviv. The holding consists of more than 2500 people, with offices in 40 cities around the world.
Now we are looking for a Content writer/QA to become a part of our team and working on a project called Smart Bot.

Smart Chatbot is a product based on the progressive AI engine, intended to work with the user`s needs to make the trading process smoother and increase the number of satisfied clients.

Developing a convenient conversational interface with access to any updates, currency/stock rates, recent events of the financial world and receiving well-timed signals from AI — that`s what SmartBot will give to users.

Required skills:

— English Advanced;

— Excellent English grammar and writing skills;

— Good knowledge and understanding of software testing approaches and methodologies (completed courses is a plus, but not mandatory);

— Experience in translating or writing English texts;

— Strong motivation and desire to work on and develop Artificial intelligence projects;

— Responsible, initiative, self-organized and eager to learn person with good interpersonal and communication skills;

Will be plus:

— Experience working as Technical Support representative;

— Experience with Jira, Confluence;

— Knowledge of SQL, experience working with databases;

— Financial background;

Responsibilities:

— Working with AI project aimed on helping customers of financial markets all over the world;

— Working with content in English which involves writing, proof-reading and testing texts;

— Helping with developing a web-based support system (such as knowledge bases, technical documentation etc.);

— Quality Assurance of the product on all developing stages;

— Potentially writing automated tests for the product.
