Procurement Group Lead

For our client, well-known non-food international retailer, we are looking for  Procurement Group Lead.

Key tasks:

• Strategy building and management for the development of target product categories.
• Market analysis for determining and better understanding of consumer needs.
• Structuring and building the range of goods of their categories.
• Presentation management (together with team) of the range of goods of their categories through all sales channels.
• Close cooperation with the stores for effective management of the commercial concept.
• Analysis and development of the supplier portfolio.
• Ensuring the best conditions for the purchase of goods of their categories by negotiating with suppliers.
• Creating a professional team and ensuring of the key competencies and talents development.

Skills required:

• 4 + years of successful category management experience.
• Strong experience in the field of procurement.
• Fluency in  English - oral and written.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiations skills.
• Strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop teams.
