Product UI/UX Designer

About:

Our client is developing white-label payments platform, allowing partners — banks, acquirers, financial institutions, marketplaces and merchant facing platforms around the world to use this technology to offer their own customers a comprehensive package solution for all of their major payment & alternative payment methods, as well as services needed to optimize their business.

Responsibilities:

• Taking company-wide ownership of Designing UI and UX for all of the company’s products across Web & Mobile.
• Coming up with a complete UX/UI vision for the company across all its products and implementing the methodology across the company.
• Creating the perfect user experiences for onboarding, product activation, key user flows with simplicity and elegance as the cornerstone.
• Creating magical WOW moments throughout the user’s lifecycle where we can demonstrate the value we provide.
• Working closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and create UX/UI solutions to solve user issues despite occasional technical limitations.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of UX/UI design experience in a SaaS environment.
• Good experience with user dashboard products including onboarding, reporting etc.
• A deep understanding of UX principles based on behavioral psychology, cognitive biases and visual perception. You rely on methodology — not just intuition.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating frictionless user experiences, concepts, customer journeys and specifying interaction details.
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping using tools like Figma and Zeplin.
• An ability to explain complex concepts and ideas in a simple and clear way to people from various backgrounds.
• At least Intermediate level of English.
