Job accountability area: 

Study and build strategies to ensure additional business streams by expanding partnerships, justify additional investments for reaching mid & long terms revenues, by augmentation of innovative capacity of the Company to increase market share as well as increase business volume with existing customer’s base.

Functional Responsibilities: 

• Participation in creation and implementation of new business streams development strategy
• Management of new business initiatives through the complete life-cycle including conducting competitive analysis, assessing usability, articulating goals, developing and delivery plans
• Provide measures and solutions to maximize revenue through new business, monitor compliance with technical and consumer characteristics, use best practices to improve the management of new business streams
• Manage projects linked to business development opportunities, correct initiation of such projects for subsequent implementation and successful launch
• Prepare projects business plans aligned with Company strategy for both individual and corporate segments and in accordance with internal official standards and procedures
• Ensure each managed project roadmap is aligned with company priorities and its execution concludes according priorities
• To initiate and get approval of new business` from company management.
• To lead/manage as Project Manager to deliver the launch of business with responsible business units involved project team
• Transfers the business after the launch to the responsible business function or division for operational follow up

Requirements: 

• University Graduate - Technical Sciences ; Engineering & MBA
• Fluent English speaking Literate written English, Ukrainian, Russian
• 5+ years’ Experience in Project Management in Mobile ,Telecom Vendor Business
• Strong understanding of business evolution
• Good networking and address book in Mobile & Telecom Business
• Highly organized, mature with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Should have strong leadership, managerial, self-motivational and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage a number of simultaneous projects at the same time
