Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Digital marketing director

• Good understanding of the crypto industry and specifics of marketing to its audience, especially building the community and growing brand awareness.

• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices

• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns

• Ability to liaise with influencers, content creators and subject matter experts

• Successful experience in managing and forming a team of specialists that includes external team members. 

• Ability to set clear objectives, provide a critical and constructive analysis of executed work;

• Fluent English (speaking and writing);

• Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly articulate and express own thoughts;

• Capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing and community building strategies;

• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction;

• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency;

• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics;

• Maintenance and control of promotional materials preparation: presentations, video materials, materials for social networks;

• Manage an existing team of specialists;

• Regularly analyze work processes, their effectiveness and relevance;

• Stay up-to-date with crypto industry trends and marketing approaches.
