Key responsibilities:
lead marketing strategy development, based on market, consumer, customer understanding and aligned with Regional strategy, to drive sales growth and profitability;
design and execute marketing plans to deliver specific marketing objectives across different channels and contribute to fulfilment of overall strategic plan;
develop detailed project/activation plans and lead cross functional teams to meet critical deadlines, allocated budgets and achieve set goals;
oversee and approve the creative development of advertisements, promotional materials, website content and other marketing-related projects;
track all marketing and sales data, identify impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, create recommendations, optimize as needed;
build long term brands equity that belong to Green Factory, ensure consistent brands' image compliant with delivered guidelines;
recommend adjustments of Regional guidelines to local market & clients‘ specificities;
analyse trends, consumer & customer insights, market & portfolio performance to fuel innovation pipeline, recommend relevant product and brand concepts, as well marketing activities;
expand the category in managed markets by new, innovative products’ launches;
supervise of new products development process from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation;
recommend and manage market and marketing researches;
develop and monitor marketing & NPD budget, keep-eye on marketing investment effectiveness, allocate funds when needed,
partner with internal stakeholders, Clients, external agencies, suppliers;
be an effective contributor to Regional Marketing & NPD community
Experience & Qualification:
Master Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or related fields
10 years of FMCG marketing experience with strong track record of close cooperation with R&D and Sales Teams
experience in marketing strategy development for products/brands with a deep consumer/shopper understanding and competitor analysis to identify and take advantage of market opportunities
proven track record in building and executing integrated - through the line - marketing activations
successfully lead development and launch of new product
strong analysis & business acumen with a clear ROI understanding
experience in market and marketing researches and ability to build recommendations based on given data
project management, problem-solving ability
experience in budget management
w proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), knowledge of Nielsen analytics tool would be an asset
