Project Manager in Marketing Company (Account Management)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager (Project Manager) to join our fast-growing team at Rioks, a marketing consultancy and digital agency. You will collaborate closely with our Sales representatives to establish new customers and update existing customer files with the services they require.

You will be responsible for running clients' projects and making sure they are executed strictly to the deadlines and that resources are promptly allocated.

You will be on top of the client communication funnel, manage marketing activities/deliverables, optimize resources and be responsible for projects resources fulfillment: human and financial.

Our primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer retention through professionally delivered projects and top-notch client communication.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with new and existing clients
• Work with the sales and marketing team, dedicated to the same client account, to ensure open communication and project in-time delivery
• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders
• Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Manage project resources and deliverables from the operational and financial perspectives

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: English
• 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, account management, project management, or similar role, preferably in marketing companies or digital agencies
• Proficient with CRM, project management and workflow tools, knowledge of industry trends and adoption of best practices
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client accounts/projects at a time
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting performance goals
• Great team-player. Open to innovations and a fast-changing environment.
