We create bleeding-edge technologies both in-house and as a service for world-leading R&D customers, run multiple technology and academic partnerships, and expose our research at global events and conferences.

We are looking for an R&D Functional Coordinator who will act as internal and external stakeholders coordinator and operational activities manager. This task involves monitoring operational projects plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner all the coordination activities are on track.

YOU ARE

• Showing BSc or higher degree in Business/Science/Engineering, or related field of study
• Demonstrating exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Possessing a high level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution
• Showing successful track of project management
• A holder of design thinking/innovation management methodology, as it would be an advantage

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Assisting Practice leaders in managing a team in WorkDay (vacation approval, creating promotions and compensation increases, requesting feedback, probation period management, goals management, etc.)
• Assisting with HR activities across the R&D team: monthly 1x1 meetings with team members, monitoring feedbacks and surveys from team members, organization of quarterly all-hands meetings, onboarding process facilitation, team building activities
• Organizing Business trips and visas management in close cooperation with Business Trip Office
• Hiring management in close cooperation with Global Talent Operations
• Coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams on company-wide R&D department projects and initiatives: R&D Showroom, R&D Incubator, UCU collaboration
• Coordinating HR activities for engagement of team members on long-term customer projects
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Providing administrative support when needed
