We are looking for an ambitious and talented full-time Recruiter with an experience of more than 1+ years, and with a great desire to be part of the company.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience with different tools for finding candidates
• Conducting a full cycle of recruitment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• English language: Upper-intermediate +

Responsibilities:

• formulate the requirements together with the hiring managers and create the job description
• searching and pre-screening qualified candidates
• Deep understanding of job requirements
• Building strategies for finding the candidate
• Identifying and contact potential candidates
• Conducting a full recruitment process
• Provide a review summary after the interview with the candidate
