HR and Recruitment Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Team as a HR and Recruitment Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align with the search requirements
• Perform the full cycle of the selection and hiring process, which includes sourcing of candidates from the various platforms and channels
• Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner
• Provides advice and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, manpower management, compensation, benefits and policy administration
• Involves in annual HR processes, including annual performance and rewards review, succession planning and talent identification and development
• Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the organization's strategic goals
• Support the implementation of corporate culture across the organization
• Work on ad hoc HR/TA related projects

Qualifications / Skills:

• At least 3-5 years of progressive career growth as a Senior Recruiter/HR generalist with experience in IT/Financial sector
• English – advanced
• Proactive, resilient and highly-adaptable, you should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable and able to communicate professionally and effectively to line managers, staff, vendors and candidates of all levels
• Meticulous, process and service oriented with strong time management skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
• Strong team player who is also able to work independently
