Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in a full-time remote company.
We have been working since 2012 in the field of sports analytics. The team consists of more than 40 people, we work remotely from different cities of Ukraine.

A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide day to day client support via ticketing system.
2. Manage issue tickets via Jira, communicate with the Development and Product teams to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
3. Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaint.
4. Translate advertising materials if necessary.

Working hours — Sunday to Thursday:

1. Sunday from 10 am till 8 pm
2. Monday from 1.30 pm till 9 pm
3. Tuesday from 9 till 4.30 pm
4. Wednesday from 1.30 pm till 9 pm
5. Thursday from 9 till 4.30 pm

= 40 hours per week

Requirements:
1. High level of the English language (Upper-Intermediate)
2. Comfort in communicating with the customer by email
3. Fast learner and flexible for changes.
4. Highly organized and self-disciplined.
5. Able to understand clients' issues, questions and figure out the best fit solution.
6. Capable of working under pressure and handling clients with negative attitude.

Will be a plus:
1. Experience in customer service.
2. Familiar with Atlassian products.
