 We are looking for a self-driven and energetic  Talent Sourcer for our Kyiv HR team. You will be responsible for building a talents pipeline for the open positions. 

 What you will do:

• Use various proactive recruiting strategies to search for suitable candidates
• Build a candidate pipeline for open positions
• Build and maintain the company’s talent pool
• Maintain the candidate database

 We are looking for a person who enjoys a challenge of finding talents and strives to grow professionally in recruitment.

To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:

• Practical experience in recruitment and/or sourcing is a big advantage
• Upper-intermediate+ level of written and spoken English
• Self-starter attitude with a high level of initiative and responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team working skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadlines
• Higher education
• PC literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
