Job description:

• To provide Help-desk for travel agents and customers;
• Reply Customers/Travel agents queries and requests via phone and email;
• Showcase a great knowledge of the product and constantly upgrade it;
• To have a key role in the Customer Experience;
• Formation of reports for the relevant departments

Requirements:

• Work Experience not less than 1 years;
• Fluent level of German (written and spoken) and English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Customer-oriented approach;
• Desire to learn, self-motivated;
• Interest to work in tourism industry;
• Team player, readiness to work with the international team

       Working schedule: from 10:00 to 19:00 Mon-Fri

     Official employment; paid vacation

     Paid product trainings

     Salary package - negotiated in job interview

     Employment will be provided by the company registered in Ukraine.
