YOU ARE
- A Pro with at least 5+ years of IT industry experience in HR, recruiting, or project management areas and 3+ years of managing team experience
- Showing a deep understanding of the software development company and outsourcing business functioning, IT industry standards and trends
- Skilled in building staffing strategies and coordination of staffing process
- Having a strong motivation to build a trusted relationship with partners
- A professional with excellent command of English (at least upper-intermediate+)
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Defining the framework of cooperation and building a trusted relationship with location partners, PMs, DD, CSL, Sales managers.
- Creating effective staffing strategy and ensuring that all staffing risks are addressed, and the whole staffing team has a shared understanding of the defined strategy
- Ensuring cost-effective staffing process in the location
- Gathering and coordinating Recruitment and Talent Success Lead teams, establishing effective collaboration between staffing team members
- Teams composition planning, capacity analyzing, and optimizing
- Consulting and educating about market specifics
