Variety of tasks include jets handling, supervision, flight coordination, travel and consultancy services. THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Lifestyle Manager of the aviation company, your primary focus will be on clients' requests with all kinds of travel and concierge arrangements they might have. Your primary goal is to provide excellent luxury services and are always ready to go the extra mile to make it happen.

We are looking for an experienced manager with a passion for travel and aviation.
However, we are also ready to accept to our Team smart graduates of Universities (for full-time working day), who is fluent in English and ready to develop and work in the field of luxury travel and business aviation.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating and building a positive long-term relationship with Clients;
• Provide high-level luxury service to Clients as:

1. TOP-level hotel (villa, chalet) booking;
2. Ground and helicopter transfer arrangements;
3. Private luxury yacht charters rental;
4. VIP service at the airports' arrangements;
5. Unique itineraries and tours creation;
6. Restaurant/Night Club booking;
7. Any type of requests upon Client needs. 

MAIN CHALLENGES

• Very dynamic and challenging work environment;

• Readiness to stay connected 24/7 by duty shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in tour operator/ concierge services;
• Awareness in luxury lifestyle management;
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English both written and verbal;
• Additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are considered as an advantage;
• Degree in Travel or Hospitality (desirable);
• University degree (desirable).
