Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard new hires, dismissing of employees (full document administration, 1C);
• Vacations and Sick-leave administration ;
• Preparing reports to accountant about vacation reserve, benefits, etc.;
• Prepare and update Time sheet, staffing table;
• Responsibility for Personnel Files.
• Preparation of documents for business trips;
• Preparation and purchase of necessary goods for various events.
• Monitoring of working hours of office workers, regional employees and promoters.
Requirements:
• Higher education;
• Experience as a HR from 1 year;
• High level of responsibility;
• Solid knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, normative documents regulating the issues of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Proficient Excel user;
• English Intermediate.
