What you'll do:

— Work together with CEO and other senior leaders;

— Build support team from scratch to achieve 24/7 coverage with different languages;

— Ensure high quality of service across all areas: support, billing, upsell teams and others;

— Use analytics to improve all processes and increase business efficiency;

— Affect Product Development Roadmap through feedback from customers.

It will be a great match if:

— You have experience building support teams;

— You use analytics in your daily job;

— You love building and optimizing processes (hiring, building operations, etc.);

— You have strong communication skills (can deliver message to a big team and coordinate with other teams);

— You have good written and verbal English skills.

— It will be an advantage if you have experience working in Product Company.
